  4. Additional Information:

    • A description of how the music will be used, including platforms where it will appear (e.g., YouTube, TV, radio, etc.).

    • The estimated reach or audience size for the intended use.

    • Any other relevant details that might affect the licensing terms.

Important Notes:

  • License Fees: Licensing fees will apply and are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on factors such as business size, specific needs, and requirements. Businesses should not assume that the fees applicable to a small business will apply to larger businesses with different needs and reach. Proper licensing ensures your business can confidently and legally use our music, free from any concerns about compliance or disputes.

  • Licensing requests must be submitted and approved before using our music for any commercial purpose. We are happy to work with you to ensure your intended use complies with our licensing terms.

  • Licenses are granted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our terms and conditions.

  • Unauthorized Use: Using our music without a proper license can lead to unexpected challenges for your business, including financial and legal complications. Proper licensing helps protect both your business and our work, ensuring mutual success.

  • Misrepresentation of Intended Use: We ask that all information provided during the licensing process is accurate and honest. Misrepresentation may require adjustments to the license or, in rare cases, termination. Our team is here to assist you with any questions during the application process.

  • Non-Transferable Licenses: Licenses are tailored to each business and cannot be transferred to another party. If your needs change, let us know—we’re here to assist.

  • Exceeding License Scope: Any usage beyond the agreed license terms will constitute a breach of the agreement and may result in termination of the license, additional fees, or legal action. If your usage plans evolve, contact us to discuss amendments to your license.

  • Refund Policy: License fees are non-refundable once the license has been granted, regardless of changes in business plans or dissatisfaction after the music has been used. If you have questions before committing, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to clarify.

  • Indemnity Clause: The licensee agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the licensee's misuse or unauthorized use of the music.

  • Attribution Requirements: If required by the licensing terms, the licensee must provide proper attribution for the music in all applicable media and platforms. Failure to do so may result in additional penalties or fees.

  • Usage Monitoring: To ensure compliance, we may occasionally review how our music is used. This helps us maintain a fair system for all our clients. Unauthorized or inappropriate use will be addressed promptly, but we aim to support you in meeting the licensing requirements.

  • All license fee quotes are provided as a point of call and are subject to change. Pricing is determined based on the specifics of your intended use at the time of inquiry and may be adjusted due to factors such as changes in market conditions, licensing scope, or usage requirements.
